Meeting of Board of Supervisors at their office, 200 E. Bridge St., Elkader, IA
Present: Larry Gibbs, Randy Keehner Absent: Wayne Bockenstedt
The board approved claims for payment.
Roger Thomas, Keith Garms, Gary Willie and John Nikolia representing the Elkader Development Commission discussed the property next to the County Office Building as a place to have a privately developed residential area. Access to the property was discussed.
Paul Heitritter, Operations Manager, Three Rivers FS Company, was present to seek approval for conversion of a 30,000 gallon storage tank from propane to anhydrous ammonia storage and to add a 30,000 gallon tank for propane storage at their property located in Section 34 of Giard Township. Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Keehner, to approve the conversion of a 30,000 gallon tank from propane to anhydrous ammonia storage and the addition of a 30,000 tank for propane storage at the Three Rivers FS Company property located in Section 34 of Giard Township in Clayton County, Iowa. Ayes: Gibbs, Keehner
