The board approved claims for payment.
Motion by Bockenstedt, seconded by Keehner, to approve the resolution to add a locally funded project not in the current secondary road program. Ayes: Gibbs, Bockenstedt, Keehner
Resolution No. 32-2007
BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Supervisors of Clayton County, Iowa, initiates and recommends that the following project be approved by the Iowa Department of Transportation (Iowa DOT) for improvement with the funds as shown below for the period covering the current secondary road construction program.

A third public hearing was held on the proposed amendments to the subdivision ordinance and the zoning ordinance. Larry Stone and Les Klink were present at the public hearing. Multiple residences on the same parcel was discussed. If rented out they would need to be rezoned as commercial. In the zoning ordinance, Larry Stone asked that under summer cottage/cabin: Summer cottages may not be located on a parcel on which another residential structure is located be struck from the proposed amendment and it was. Motion by Bockenstedt, seconded by Keehner, to approve the third reading of the amendments to the subdivision and zoning ordinance. Ayes: Gibbs, Bockenstedt, Keehner
