Meeting of the Board of Supervisors at their office, 200 E. Bridge St., Elkader, IA.
Present: Larry Gibbs, Wayne Bockenstedt, Randy Keehner
A second public hearing was held regarding a zoning change for River Ridge South. No objections were heard.
Motion by Bockenstedt, seconded by Keehner, to approve the second reading and waive the third reading of a zoning change request from A-1 to R-2 for the amended area of River Ridge South. Ayes: Gibbs, Bockenstedt, Keehner
The board approved claims for payment.
The board met with Dennis Henke, USDA Rural Development, to discuss the preplanning grant for sewage systems for small cities in the county.
Motion by Keehner, seconded by Bockenstedt to approve the following appointments to the Planning and Zoning Commission:
Karl Worsham, Edgewood
Robert Brown, Colesburg
Tom Crandall, Volga
Dennis Kuehl, Garnavillo
Eldon Troester, McGregor
Ayes: Gibbs, Bockenstedt, Keehner
