Present: Larry Gibbs, Wayne Bockenstedt, Randy Keehner
Motion by Bockenstedt, seconded by Keehner, to approve the renewal of the liquor license of the Elkader Golf & Country Club, Inc. Ayes: Gibbs, Bockenstedt, Keehner
Motion by Keehner, seconded by Bockenstedt, to approve the renewal of the beer wine permit of Fast Trak, Inc. Ayes: Gibbs, Bockenstedt, Keehner
Motion by Bockenstedt, seconded by Keehner, to approve the quarterly report of fees of the County Auditor, County Recorder and County Sheriff. Ayes: Gibbs, Bockenstedt, Keehner
The board discussed a health insurance proposal with Mary Klink and Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Motion by Keehner, seconded by Bockenstedt, to appoint Tom Crandall, Volga, to the Clayton County Civil Service Commission to a six year term. Ayes: Gibbs, Bockenstedt, Keehner
Motion by Bockenstedt, seconded by Keehner, to appoint Mike Breitbach, Strawberry Point, to the Clayton County Civil Service Commission to a two year term. Ayes: Gibbs, Bockenstedt, Keehner
The board received notice that the County Attorney has appointed Michael J. Schuster to the Clayton County Civil Service Commission to a four year term.
Motion by Keehner, seconded by Bockenstedt, to amend the rental agreement with DHS Case Management to extend space utilized. Ayes: Bockenstedt, Keehner Absent: Gibbs
