Public measure A:
Shall the Board of Directors of Clayton Ridge Community School District be authorized for a period of ten (10) years to levy and impose a Physical Plant and Equipment property tax levy not to exceed sixty-seven cents ($0.67) per thousand dollars of assessed property tax valuation commencing in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2009, to be used for any purpose permitted by Iowa law, including but not limited to school transportation vehicles, motor vehicles for maintenance of grounds and technology equipment to improve learning opportunities for PK-12 students and staff?
