Meeting of the Board of Supervisors in their office, 200 E. Bridge St, Elkader, IA.
Present: Robert Walke, Neil Meyer, Larry Gibbs
A public hearing regarding a rezoning request by Mark Siebrecht was held. Chuck Siebrecht representing Mark Siebrecht was present to request rezoning the Garnavillo Motel area from A1 to C1 for the purpose of building 7-10 storage units. Walke moved, seconded by Meyer to approve the Zoning Boards recommendation to approve the 1st hearing request from A1 to C1. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Meyer moved, seconded by Walke, to award and sign the contract for a bridge replacement over Nagle Creek on Canoe Road, to K Construction for $375,791.95. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Greg Hermiston and Steve Davis, Health Choices, spoke with the Board about different options in health insurance.
