Motion by Meyer, seconded by Walke, to table a resolution regarding support of county management of the MH-DD system until Wednesday, October 25, 2006.

Motion by Walke, seconded by Meyer, to approve resolution # 37-2006 regarding a stop sign on Eagle Drive. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Resolution # 37-2006
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Clayton County is empowered under authority of Sections 321.236, 321.255, and 321.345 of the Code of Iowa to erect STOP signs at specified entrance thereto, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Clayton County desires to make the following road stop situation: Place stop sign to stop north bound traffic on Eagle Drive at junction with 138th Street, Basil Giard Claim No. 1, T95N, R3W, Clayton County, Iowa,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of Clayton County that the above described road has a STOP sign placed for the convenience, safety and welfare of the traveling public at the noted secondary road intersections. Sign effective upon installation of the sign.
