Meeting of the Board of Supervisors in their office, 200 E. Bridge St., Elkader, IA.
Present: Robert Walke, Neil Meyer, Larry Gibbs
The board approved claims for payment.
The second hearing was held for rezoning the Garnavillo Hotel area from A1 to C1 for the purpose of building 7 to 10 storage units. No one was present to object. Motion by Walke, seconded by Meyer, to approve the Planning & Zoning Commissions recommendation and approve the second hearing request from A1 to C1 and waive the third hearing. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
