For Public Measure  B

Shall the County of Clayton be authorized to increase the hotel and motel tax in rural areas of Clayton County from five percent (5%) to seven percent (7%) to be effective April 1, 2007, which the revenues shall be used by the County of Clayton as provided in Chapter 423A of the Code of Iowa?
