Meeting of the Board of Supervisors at their office, 200 E. Bridge St., Elkader, IA.
Present: Robert Walke, Neil Meyer, Larry Gibbs
The board approved claims for payment.
Bill Burke was in to discuss the Diamond Eagle TIF and development agreement. The LMI and commercial aspects were being questioned. The board’s TIF attorney will be contacted to answer the questions being posed.
A group of citizens from the City of Elkader came in to discuss future plans of the old Jail Building. Preservation of the building and future use are concerns of the group.
