Meeting of the Board of Supervisors at their office, 200 E. Bridge St., Elkader, IA.
Present: Robert Walke, Neil Meyer, Larry Gibbs
Motion by Walke, seconded by Meyer, to approve the renewal of the liquor license and outdoor service permit of Guttenberg Community Golf Club, Inc.
Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
The board approved claims for payment.
A public hearing was held on the final plat of Wiedner Subdivision in Jefferson Township. The minutes of the Planning & Zoning Commission were present for review. Jim Moser was present to represent the owner of the subdivision. No one was present to comment or object to the final plat. Motion by Meyer, seconded by Walke, to approve the first reading of the Wiedner Subdivision final plat. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
The Board was notified that the Planning and Zoning Commission did not have any objections to the Clayton County Recycling Urban Renewal Plan.
Motion by Meyer, seconded by Walke, to approve road naming of the following:

A conference with representatives from the MFL Marmac Community School District and the Northeast Iowa Community College was scheduled for 1 PM.
