Present: Robert Walke, Neil Meyer, Larry Gibbs

The board approved claims for payment.

Motion by Meyer, seconded by Walke, to approve an employment contract with Harlan Thurn as Assistant to the Engineer. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs

Motion by Walke, seconded by Meyer, to approve resolution # 18-2006 regarding department appropriation changes for fiscal year ending June 30, 2006. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs

WHEREAS, it is necessary to make appropriation changes to the various departments for the legal expenditure of funds due to adjustments,

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of Clayton County, Iowa, that the following appropriation changes are made to the respective department for fiscal year ending June 30, 2006, as presented in the following table:
