Motion by Meyer, seconded by Gibbs, to approve two claims written on June 30, 2006, for partial repayment of the MH funding note. Ayes: Meyer, Gibbs
Motion by Meyer, seconded by Gibbs, to approve resolution # 19-2006 regarding the appropriation of funds to the various departments. Ayes: Meyer, Gibbs

WHEREAS, July 1, 2006, begins a new fiscal year and it is necessary to make appropriations to the various departments for the legal expenditure of funds,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of Clayton County, Iowa, that the following appropriations are made to the respective department for fiscal year ending June 30, 2007 as adopted in the budget and as presented in the following table:

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of Clayton County, Iowa, that the County Auditor be directed to advertise for bids on the following project:
L-FEMA-06, Riprap –Site No. 1 Located on Chariot Road, Section 9, T93N, R5W Boardman Township, Clayton County, Iowa. Sites 2 & 3 Located on Mesquite Road, Section 6, T91N, R2W, Millville Township, Clayton County, Iowa.
3,640 Ton Revetment, Class E
1 Lump Sum Traffic Control
Bids will be received until 11:00 A.M. , July 26, 2006 at the office of the County Auditor of Clayton County at the office in the Courthouse in Elkader, Iowa.
