Meeting of the Board of Supervisors at their office, 200 E. Bridge St., Elkader, IA.
Present: Robert Walke, Neil Meyer, Larry Gibbs
Motion by Walke, seconded by Meyer, to approve the quarterly fee report of County Auditor, County Recorder and County Sheriff. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
The board received quotations for a tractor for secondary road department and will make a decision on the purchase at a later time.
Bill Burke and John Gnagy made a presentation on a tax increment financing expansion. The expansion is for a commercial component to the Diamond Eagle TIF. The board took the issue under advisement.
Nancy Yelden updated the board on the services offered by Clayton County VNA and the WIC program.
Motion by Walke, seconded by Meyer, to authorize the Board Chairman to sign a contract with the Grant County Sheriff for Clayton County to use a shed located at the Cassville tower to house radio equipment. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
