Meeting of the Board of Supervisors at their office, 200 E. Bridge St, Elkader, IA.
Present: Robert Walke, Neil Meyer, Larry Gibbs
A public hearing was held on the final plat and rezoning of Twin Valley Subdivision. The minutes of the Planning & Zoning Commission were available. Brett Eaton, representing the owners of the subdivision and the Zoning Administrator were present. No one voiced any comments or objections. Motion by Walke, seconded by Meyer, to approve the first hearing of the final plat and rezoning of Twin Valley Subdivision. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
A public hearing was held on the preliminary plat of Wiedner Subdivision. The minutes of the Planning & Zoning Commission were available. Jim Moser, representing the owners of the subdivision and the Zoning Administrator were present. No one voiced any comments or objections. Motion by Walke, seconded by Meyer, to approve the first hearing of the final plat of Wiedner Subdivision. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
