Meeting of the Board of Supervisors at their office, 200 E. Bridge St, Elkader, IA.
Present: Robert Walke, Neil Meyer, Larry Gibbs
Motion by Walke, seconded by Meyer, to authorize the Chairman to execute a contract with Tschiggfrie Excavating Company, Manchester, Iowa, for installation of a sewer line for the County Law Enforcement Center. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
The board discussed the building permit fee and proposed ordinances for onsite wastewater treatment & disposal systems and for proper plugging of abandoned water well rules. Decision was made to delay action until the legislature is adjourned and has either acted upon the subject matter or not.
