Meeting of the Board of Supervisors at their office, 200 E. Bridge St, Elkader, IA.

The board approved the claims for payment.
Motion by Walke, seconded by Meyer, to authorize the Board Chairman, Larry Gibbs, and County Auditor, Dennis Freitag, to execute a certificate of approval of the subdivision plat of Highland Bluffs Golf & Waterpark Resort. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
The board received bids for Project L2011(5) RCB Culvert at the intersection of 390th St and Crystal Ave:
Brennan Construction, Lansing, IA $353,576.75
Gus Construction, Casey, IA $268,617.65
K Construction Inc., Elkader, IA $265,567.15
Taylor Construction Inc., New Vienna, IA $362,331.50
Tschiggfrie Excavating, Dubuque, IA $333,194.24
Windfield Contractors, Wapello, IA $313,792.00
Motion by Meyer, seconded by Walke, to accept the low bid of K Construction Inc., Elkader, IA of $265,567.15 for project L2011(5) RCB Culvert at the intersection of 390th St and Crystal Ave in Clayton County.
The spent the afternoon reviewing and proposing adjustments to the current budget and the FY07 Budget in preparation for an upcoming budget hearing.
