Meeting of the Board of Supervisors at their office, 200 E. Bridge St., Elkader, IA.
Present: Robert Walke, Neil Meyer, Larry Gibbs
The board approved claims for payment.
Mike Oberbroeckling, Zoning Administrator, presented a schedule of fees for the Health & Zoning Office.
Motion by Walke, seconded by Meyer, to approve the following fees for the Planning and Zoning Commission, Board of Adjustment and Board of Health.
| Building Permit | $150 for a house; $50 all other buildings which a permit is required |
| Rezoning petition | $150 |
Special meeting of Planning & Zoning Commission | $200 |
| Preliminary Plat | $100 plus $10 per lot |
| Final Plat | $150 (1 -4 lots) |
| $200 (5-20 lots) | |
| $225 (over 20 lots) | |
| Board of Adjustment Fee | $100 |
| Board of Adjustment –Special meeting | $200 |
| Board of Adjustment-Commercial Towers | $250 |
| Well Permit | $75 county fee plus $25 state fee plus $25 per trip inspection |
| Sewer Permit | $75 plus per trip inspection |
| Sign Permit | $50 |
| Permit penalty | projects started without a permit or with inaccurate dimensions will be charged triple permit fee. |
Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Carolyn Corbin, Upper Explorerland Regional Planning Commission, was present to discuss a development agreement with Clayton County Recycling. The proposed agreement needed some revision and was sent back to the attorney for revision.
