Meeting of the Board of Supervisors at their office, 200 E. Bridge St., Elkader, IA.
Present: Robert Walke, Neil Meyer, Larry Gibbs
Motion by Meyer, seconded by Walke, to approve renewal of a carryout beer and wine permit and Sunday sales permit to DTM Inc. dba Fast Trak. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Motion by Meyer, seconded by Meyer, to authorize the Board Chairman to sign a drawdown request for CDBG contract number: 04-OT-009 (flood buyout) for the amount of $75,003. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Vicki Bloxham, Upper Explorerland Regional Planning Commission, discussed applying for a grant for repairs to the Scenic Acres lagoon site.
Motion by Walke, seconded by Meyer, to approve a fireworks permit to the Clayton County Ag Society for the Clayton County Fair on August 2, 2006.
Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs The board canvassed the results of a special election for the purpose to fill a council vacancy in the City of Guttenberg as follows:
