Present: Robert Walke, Neil Meyer, Larry Gibbs
Motion by Walke, seconded by Meyer, to approve the quarterly fee reports of the County Auditor, County Recorder and the County Sheriff. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Motion by Meyer, seconded by Walke, to approve resolution # 12-2006 regarding a stop sign in Clayton as follows:
Resolution # 12-2006
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Supervisors of Clayton County is empowered under authority of Sections 321.236, 321.255 and 321.345 of the Code of Iowa to erect STOP signs at specified entrance thereto, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Clayton County desires to make the following road stop situations:
Place stop sign to stop east bound traffic on Main Street at junction with Front Street in the City of Clayton, Clayton County, Iowa.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of Clayton County that the above described road has a STOP sign placed for the convenience, safety and welfare of the traveling public at the noted secondary road intersections. Sign effective upon installation of the sign.
