Motion by Meyer, seconded by Walke, to approve resolution #11-2006 to advertise for bids for crushed stone. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Resolution # 11-2006
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of Clayton County, Iowa, that the County Auditor be directed to advertise for bids on the following project:
Project 2006-R-1 Approximately 65,600 tons Class “A” Crushed Stone for various roads in Clayton County. Sealed bids will be received until 11:00 A.M. May 5, 2006 at the office of the County Auditor of Clayton County in the Courthouse in Elkader, Iowa.
Motion by Meyer, seconded by Gibbs, to approve the FY07 Secondary Road Budget and Construction Program. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
George Leonard and Carolyn Corbin discussed a possible tax increment financing area for Emerald Valley Estates.
A public hearing was conducted on “Clayton County Strategic Plan for Mental Health and Developmental Disability Services”. No one presented any objections or comments. Motion by Walke, seconded by Meyer, to approve the “Clayton County Strategic Plan for Mental Health and Development Disability Services”.
