Meeting of the Board of Supervisors at their office, 200 E. Bridge St., Elkader, IA.
Present: Robert Walke, Neil Meyer, Larry Gibbs
The board approved claims for payment.
A public hearing was held on the final plat and zoning change of 12.55 acres for Blondie Hills Estates. No objectors were present. The final plat and minutes the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting of September 13, 2005, were present. Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Walke, to approve the final plat and approve the second reading, waive the third reading and approve amending the zoning ordinance of 12.55 acres from A-1 to R-1 for Blondie Hills Estates. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Motion by Walke, seconded by Gibbs, to approve the minutes of September 12, 14, 16, 19 and 21, 2005.
