Meeting of the Board of Supervisors at their office, 200 E. Bridge St., Elkader, IA.
Present: Robert Walke, Neil Meyer, Larry Gibbs
A public hearing was held on the final plat and zoning change of 12.55 acres for Blondie Hills Estates. No objectors were present. The final plat and minutes the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting of September 13, 2005, were present. Motion by Walke, seconded by Gibbs, to approve the first reading of the final plat and approve the first reading amending the zoning ordinance of 12.55 acres from A-1 to R-1 for Blondie Hills Estates. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Walke, to delay action on Curt Welch’s request due to the fact that the Planning and Zoning Commission delayed action until their October meeting. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Walke, to authorize the Chairman and County Auditor to sign the plat of survey as proprietor (Clayton County) of Lot 2 of Lot 12 and Lot 1 of Lot 27 in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 91 North, Range 6 West of the 5th Principal Meridian in the Town of Strawberry Point, Clayton County, Iowa. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Motion by Walke, seconded by Gibbs, to accept the lone quotation of Traffic Marking Service, Inc. for highway painting in the amount of $39,050.00.
