Motion by Walke, seconded by Gibbs, to approve renewal of a Class B Beer Permit and Sunday Sales Permit to Bow Benders Enterprises, Inc. dba TJ’s Pizza located at 12781 Falcon Ave, Monona, IA. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Walke, to accept the Planning and Zoning Commission’s report on the proposed amendments to the Clayton County Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations as presented by the Board of Supervisors and contained in the Planning and Zoning Commission’s minutes of September 27. The dates of October 19th and 24th are when the public hearings on the proposed amendments are to be held. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
