Meeting of the Board of Supervisors at their office, 200 E. Bridge St., Elkader, IA.
Present: Robert Walke, Neil Meyer, Larry Gibbs
Motion by Walke, seconded by Gibbs, to appoint LeRoy Bolsinger of rural Colesburg to the Pioneer Cemetery Commission. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Claims presented were approved for payment.
A public hearing was held on the proposed amendments to the zoning ordinance and subdivision regulation ordinance. Mike Oberbroeckling from Health and Zoning was present. No one from the public was present to object or comment. Walke moved to close the hearing at 11:05 AM, Gibbs seconded. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
The board held discussion on the proposed amendments to the zoning ordinance and subdivision regulation ordinance. Walke made the motion, Gibbs seconded to approve the first reading of the proposed amendments to zoning ordinance and subdivision regulation ordinance. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
