Meeting of the Board of Supervisors at their office, 200 E. Bridge St., Elkader, IA.
Present: Robert Walke, Neil Meyer, Larry Gibbs
On September 21, 2005, Blondie Hills Estates subdivision was approved by board motion and a resolution is required for recording was not prepared at that time. Because of these circumstances a motion was presented by Walke, seconded by Gibbs, to amend the minutes of September 21, 2005, to include Resolution # 26-2005. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Resolution # 26-2005
Accepting the final plat of Blondie Hills Estates
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Board of Supervisors of Clayton County, Iowa, a plat of real property hereinafter designated as Blondie Hills Estates and described as approximately 12.55 acres located in part of Lot 1 of SE ¼ NE ¼ of Section 30, Township 95 North, Range 3 West, Mendon Township, Clayton County, Iowa,
WHEREAS, Douglas D. Reynolds dba D E Ranch LLC as owner(s) of said real property, have executed and acknowledged an instrument consenting to said plat,
WHEREAS, it appears that said plat complies with all requirements of Chapters 354 and 255 of the Code of Iowa,
WHEREAS, the Clayton County Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of said subdivision, affirming that it has complied with all the regulations of Clayton County, Iowa,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Clayton County Board of Supervisors that the Board approves as an official subdivision, the plat of real property to be known as Blondie Hills Estates, (approximately 12.55 acres) situated in Clayton County, Iowa, and described as: part of Lot 1 of SE ¼ NE ¼ of Section 30, Township 95 North, Range 3 West, Mendon Township, Clayton County, Iowa.
Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Walke, to approve the minutes of October 10 and 12, 2005. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
