The Board, the County Auditor and staff observed a demonstration of voting equipment presented by Matt Parrot & Sons.
Nancy Yelden representing Clayton County VNA discussed the deficit billing for public health nursing services. She expects to not have to use all the budgeted expenditure for this fiscal year and would like to use the unused portion to purchase new carpet for their office in the County Office Building.
The Board received quotes for indirect cost allocation services from Maximus ($5,750) and Cost Advisory Services Inc. ($3,850). Motion by Walke, seconded by Gibbs upon recommendation of the County Auditor to award a contract to Cost Advisory Services Inc. for indirect cost allocation services for fiscal years ending June 30, 2005 to June 30, 2007. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Mike Oberbroeckling presented proposed amendments to ordinances for discussion regarding sewer and water well at time of transfer of ownership. Changes were discussed regarding eliminating sections that duplicate state law.
