The board approved claims for payment.
Nancy Yelden, Clayton County VNA, met with the board to discuss deficit billing for public health nursing services. She did not use all the budgeted expenditure for this fiscal year and would like to use the unused portion for carpeting in their office at the Office Building or to purchase a vehicle for their use in lieu of paying mileage. Bids for carpeting were presented. The board took no action at this time.
