Meeting of Board of Supervisors at their office, 200 E. Bridge St., Elkader, Iowa.
Present: Robert Walke, Neil Meyer, Larry Gibbs
Laura Freeze from Northeast Iowa Resource Conservation and Development, Inc. presented the board with and update of past and future projects.
Mike Oberbroeckling, Health and Zoning Administrator, presented a proposed ordinance adopting by reference the proper plugging of abandoned water well rules from the Iowa Administrative Code Chapter 455B.190, and Clayton County private water well time of transfer, and a proposed ordinance adopting by reference the onsite Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System rules of Iowa Administrative Code Section 455B.171-2 and Chapter 69. The board requested time to review the proposed ordinances and act at a later date.
