Present: Robert Walke, Neil Meyer
The second public hearing on the Top of the Rainbow subdivision preliminary plat of Dean and Sandra Refle. The Planning and Zoning Commission’s minutes of May 10th and a copy of the preliminary plat were available. No objections or comments were presented.
Motion by Walke, seconded by Meyer, to grant approval to the preliminary plat of Top of the Rainbow subdivision with the understanding that any streets will not be dedicated into the county roads system. Ayes: Walke, Meyer
The County Attorney discussed alternatives to amending and updating the zoning ordinances and other county ordinances.
Motion by Walke, seconded by Meyer, to approve the minutes of May 11, 16 and 18.
