Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Walke, to authorize the Board Chairman to sign the contract and bond for project 2005-R-1 Divisions 3 & 4 with Kuhlman Construction. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Tom O’Brien, representing Auxiant was present to analyze and discuss renewal of the partial self funded health insurance program.
