Motion by Walke, seconded by Gibbs, to contract with Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation for in-kind contribution of space for the Head Start Center located in the Clayton County Office Building. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Walke, to approve contracts with the following contractors for the Clayton County Law Enforcement Center:
