Meeting of Board of Supervisors at their office, 200 E. Bridge St., Elkader, Iowa.
Present: Robert Walke, Neil Meyer, Larry Gibbs
A public hearing was held regarding the preliminary plat of 123.66 acres for Emerald Valley Estates Subdivision. The minutes of the Planning and Zoning Board were reviewed regarding the preliminary plat of this subdivision. No objections were heard. Concerns were expressed regarding whether the County Engineer has reviewed the plat and approved it and the Board of Supervisors had reviewed the minutes of the Planning & Zoning Board by Ron Kleinow.
Motion by Walke, seconded by Gibbs, to approve the preliminary plat of Emerald Valley Estates Subdivision. Ayes-Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Motion by Walke, seconded by Gibbs, to approve the February 7th minutes. Ayes-Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
A public hearing was held regarding the preliminary plat for 17.55 acres of River Bluff Resort Subdivision. The minutes of the Planning and Zoning Board were reviewed regarding this subdivision preliminary plat. Concerns were expressed regarding whether the County Engineer has reviewed the plat and approved it and the Board of Supervisors had reviewed the minutes of the Planning & Zoning Board by Ron Kleinow. No objections were made.
Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Walke, to approve the preliminary plat of 17.55 acres of River Bluffs Resort Subdivision. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Motion by Walke, seconded by Gibbs, to take the matter of suspension of property taxes of Carl Martens and Elmer Henry under advisement. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Walke, to approve today’s minutes.
