Owen Sylvester discussed problems with snow removal for the Courthouse and Office Building.
Motion by Walke, seconded by Gibbs, to grant Owen Sylvester four Fridays compensatory time as compensation for using his own equipment for snow removal this year and last. Ayes-Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Motion by Walke, seconded by Gibbs, to suspend the property taxes of Carl Martens of Edgewood on parcels number 24-35-304-001 & 24-35-305-005 for collection in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2005. This is only a suspension due to undue hardship and the taxes without penalty will have to be paid in the future. Ayes-Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
