Present: Robert Walke, Neil Meyer, Larry Gibbs
Motion by Walke, seconded by Gibbs, to accept the certification from the County Sheriff of classification changes of Shawn Boeke as Chief First Deputy and Mark Kautman as Chief Second Deputy effective August 21, 2005 and percentage salary as 85% of the principal officer. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Walke, to authorize the Chairman to sign contract #22-CO22-039 for construct of a RCB culvert new- twin box. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Motion by Walke, seconded by Gibbs, to approve the minutes of August 22, 23 and 24, 2005. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
