Present: Robert Walke, Neil Meyer, Larry Gibbs
The board approved claims for payment.
A second public hearing on the preliminary plat of Blondie Hills Estates was held with Doug Reynolds, proprietor, and Mike Oberbroeckling, Zoning Administrator, present. The minutes and preliminary plat was available for inspection. No objections were heard. Motion by Walke, seconded by Gibbs, to approve the second reading of the Blondie Hills Estates preliminary plat. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
IIW Engineering discussed the sewer system options at Scenic Acres and the new county law enforcement center.
Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Walke, to approve contracts with Gregerson Electric and Cresco Building Center for the new county law enforcement center.
Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Walke, to approve application for renewal of a special use permit authorizing Clayton County to construct and maintain a gravel surface road to Turkey River landing on the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Walke, to approve the minutes of August 8, 15 and 17, 2005.
