Present: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
The Board approved claims for payment.
Motion by Walke, seconded by Gibbs, to accept the resignation of Paul Ulbrich from the Planning and Zoning Commission and appoint Wayne Bockenstedt to fill out the term which expires on December 31, 2008.

Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Walke, to approve liquor license application of Kevin & Elsie Walsh as The Irish Shanti, LLC dba The Shanti in Gunder. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Motion by Walke, seconded by Gibbs, to not further pursue the USDA county sewer system study at this time. Ayes: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Motion by Gibbs, seconded by Walke, to approve the minutes of April 4, 11, 13 and 18.
