Meeting of the Board of Supervisors in their office on East Bridge St., Elkader.
Present: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs
Claims were approved for payment.
John Nickolai, Garnavillo, met with the board to present the "Life In Iowa" internship program and requested county participation for the coming year. No action taken, pending clarification of certain issues.
Bill Burke, McGregor, met with the board to request changes in the 911 street naming procedures. He was referred to the E-911 Board with his request.
Krista Fisher, Elkader and Vicki Bloxum , with UERPC, Postville presented the sub-recipient agreement using federal funding for the Elkader Child Care project. Meyer moved to approve. Gibbs seconded and all voted aye.
Chairman declared meeting adjourned.
