Meeting of the Board of Supervisors in their office on East Bridge St., Elkader
Present: Walke, Meyer, and Gibbs
Ed Josten, Dennis Freitag, Jean Gage, Sandy Seifert, Mary Kulper, and Steve Clauson met with the board to discuss ramifications of certain client waivers for service.
Gibbs moved to approve RESOLUTION #49-2004, adding IPAIT to the county's list of depositories. Meyer seconded and all voted aye.
RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors of Clayton County, Iowa, approve the following list of financial institutions to be depositories of the funds of Clayton County, Iowa, in accordance with all provisions of the Code of Iowa (1997), Chapter 12C. Then named county officer is hereby authorized to deposit funds in amounts not to exceed the maximum approved for each respective financial institution.
