Meeting of the Board of Supervisors in their office on East Bridge St., Elkader.
Present: Walke, Meyer, Gibbs.
Meyer moved to adopt the following policy for parking reimbursement to county employees, effective 1-1-05
"Regular" parking fees will be reimbursed to employees, who use their own vehicle for official business, when a county vehicle is not available for use. A receipt must be submitted for reimbursement. Reimbursement for valet parking is prohibited at all times. When employees use a county vehicle, "regular" parking fees may be included in the meeting/training claim.
Gibbs seconded and all voted aye.
Meyer moved to reappoint Keith Mohning, Garnavillo to another term on the Planning and Zoning Commission, for the term ending 12-31-09. Gibbs seconded and all voted aye.
Meyer moved to accept a three year guarantee rate on the first two million dollars of coverage, and to continue the current coverage through the ICAP (Iowa Communities Assurance Pool). Gibbs second and all voted aye.
Chairman declared meeting adjourned.
