Present: Larry Gibbs, Gary Bowden, Ron McCartney
A land lease between Interstate Power and Light Company (lessor) and Clayton County (lessee) for a 25’ x 20’ area of land at the Interstate Power and Light Company’s Chicken Ridge Tower Site was presented for approval to the Board of Supervisors. It was deemed that the lease would be favorable to Clayton County for emergency communication purposes. Motion by Bowden, seconded by McCartney, to authorize the Chairman to execute the aforementioned lease with Interstate Power and Light Company. Ayes: Gibbs, Bowden, McCartney
